SUBSTANCE: base station for a wireless communication network having a plurality of radio access logical networks is configured to communicate with a plurality of users to be serviced by a base station, for accessing one or more of the radio access logical networks and selectively control the physical resources of the wireless communication network assigned to the radio access logical networks, and/or control access of users or groups of users into one or more logical radio access networks, wherein during the first wireless communication network operating mode, the base station is configured to allow access of users or groups of users of one or more of the radio access logical networks and during the second wireless communication network operating mode, the base station is configured to adaptively restrict access of users or groups of users to one or more radio access logical networks, and/or adaptively control distribution of physical resources among a plurality of logical radio access networks, and/or adaptively reduce the number of involved radio access logical networks.

EFFECT: technical result is improved control of sharing resources of a wireless communication network.
