FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in other industries for additional extraction of heat energy carriers from carbon-containing industrial wastes. Invention relates to a method for non-sufficient recycling carbon-containing wastes by counter-current thermal decomposition, which includes feeding them into a pyrolysis chamber of a retort, heating to pyrolysis temperature, screw displacement along retort axis, obtaining pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis liquid fuel, soot and mineral residues, removal of pyrolysis gas to burner devices of retort, and discharge of mineral residue from retort. Soot and mineral residues are fed into an additional gasification chamber, heated to a gasification temperature, displaced by a screw in the reverse direction, it is blown by means of sharp steam without enough conversion of soot residue into synthesis gas and removal from gasification chamber as additional useful energy carrier, at the same time mineral residue is calcined and converted into environmentally safe inert material. Invention also relates to a device for non-sufficient recycling of carbon-containing wastes.
EFFECT: technical result of this invention consists in improvement of efficiency and environmental safety of pyrolysis process due to additional conversion of soot residue into useful energy carrier and prevention of its discharge into environment.
