FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for rapid pyrolysis of municipal waste and can be used for the disposal of solid household and industrial waste, woodworking waste, agricultural and food production. The installation includes a receiving hopper for feedstock with a built-in agitator, a multi-stage screw-conveyor dryer with agitators in the zones of changing the direction of movement of raw materials, an intermediate screw conveyor with a discrete-acting sluice dispenser and a blockage zone, a receiving hopper with an agitator for a pyrolysis reactor, a combustion chamber with a heating zone of a pyrolysis reactor, with a working zone for moving raw materials and a zone for re-pyrolysis of the vapor-gas mixture, in which the reactor for re-pyrolysis of the vapor-gas mixture is located, connected to the cavity of the pyrolysis reactor using a gas-vapor mixture flue, made in the form of a collector communicating with the pipeline and a module for catalyzing or controlling the pyrolysis reaction in the zone of repeated pyrolysis of the gas-vapor mixture, located parallel to the working zone of the movement of raw materials, which ensures the optimization of the movement of convective flows of the gas-vapor mixture and increases the speed of movement of the gas-vapor mixture into the zone of repeated pyrolysis of a gas-vapor mixture, screens installed in the heating zone of the pyrolysis reactor, having a flat shape and located at a certain distance from each other and at a certain angle to the direction of movement of the coolant to ensure uniform supply of the coolant to different parts of the outer surface of the working zone for moving the raw material of the pyrolysis reactor, a burner, at the same time, in the working zone for moving raw materials, a moving device of continuous action is installed, made in form of a pipe-bed and a screw located in it, a device for unloading and cooling solid pyrolysis products, a device for cleaning, cooling and condensing the gas-vapor mixture.
EFFECT: ensuring the necessary moisture content of the feedstock before feeding it (the feedstock) to the pyrolysis reactor, ensuring the repeated pyrolysis of the gas-vapor mixture.
