SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a method for producing enriched honey paste, which comprises producing honey and mixing honey with enriching ingredients in the form of a dry powder, wherein honey is floral, and/or white, and/or buckwheat, and/or heather, and/or sweet clover, and/or acacia, and/or chestnut, and/or hawthorn, and/or goldenrod, and/or willowherb, and/or clover, and/or coriander, and/or dandelion, and/or sow-thistle, and/or sunflower, and/or rapeseed, and/or blueweed, and/or lavender, and/or pumpkin, and/or sainfoin, and/or holy thistle, and/or cotton, and/or hopped, and/or mustard, and/or raspberry, and/or apple, and/or fruit, and/or cedar, and/or pine, and/or taiga, and/or mountain, and/or steppe, and/or field, and/or meadow, and/or May, and/or propolis, and/or honeydew, and/or wild hive, and the enriching additive used is a dry powder of plant stimulators of physical and mental performance, specifically, ginseng roots and/or Manchurian aralia, and/or devil's club, and/or rhodiola rosea, and/or maral root, and/or Chinese magnolia vine, and/or Chinese parasol tree and/or spiny eleutherococcus and/or dry powder of organic acids, specifically citric, and/or cis-aconitic, and/or isocitric, and/or oxalosuccinic, and/or α-ketoglutaric, and/or succinic, and/or fumaric, and/or malic and/or oxaloacetic, and/or pyruvic, wherein the amount of the enriching ingredient should not exceed 50 % of the total amount of honey, followed by thorough mechanical mixing of the obtained mixture in mixer at 50–100 rpm for 5–10 minutes with simultaneous saturation of the obtained enriched honey paste with oxygen fed into the mixer, sealing of oxygen in the paste by way of its maintenance for 1–5 hours at temperature of −10 °C and lower.
EFFECT: invention provides a highly effective, economical and innovative method of producing enriched honey paste, having stimulating effect, therapeutic and preventive properties and improved organoleptic characteristics.
