FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Fresh leaves of red mountain ash are collected. It is washed and finely ground. Raw material is granulated in a meat grinder MIM-600, at the outlet of which there is a diaphragm with gauged holes of 4 mm. Fermented in drying equipment at temperature of 35-40 °C to moisture content of not more than 15 % and obtaining dark brown colour granules.
EFFECT: invention provides a product with a unique taste and aroma.
