FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for equalization of annular above-packer space pressure with inner cavity of tubing string. Equalizing mechanical valve includes a housing with radial holes, inside which there is a rod installed with possibility of axial movement, a collet installed in the housing, a sealing element of round section. Valve comprises T-shaped sealing element installed between protective fluoroplastic rings. Said sealing elements are installed in the lower part of the case below the radial holes. T-shaped sealing element is located under sealing element of round section. Stock has through holes; the rod is located inside the housing so that in the initial position it covers the radial holes of the housing and is fixed against movement by means of the collet by means of the support of the rod protrusion into the internal collar of the collet.

EFFECT: reliability and service life of equalizing valve due to possibility of multiple opening / closing of valve with preservation of tightness and integrity of sealing element.
