FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended to equalize the pressure of the annulus above the packer space with the internal cavity of the tubing string (tubing). The downhole valve contains a body with radial holes and with a stem located inside it, in the initial position blocking the radial holes of the body. The body contains two parts connected by means of a thread, the inner end part of one of which forms a chamber with the annular protrusion of the rod for the possibility of axial movement of the rod relative to the body. The annular protrusion of the rod limits its axial movement. O-rings are installed in the stem above and below the chamber. The rod is connected to the load control mechanism. The inner end part of the body is equipped with a sleeve hermetically placed in the seat of the body and the stem inside the chamber by means of a sealing ring. The sleeve is fixed against axial movement relative to the body and abuts against the annular protrusion of the rod during axial movement of the rod relative to the body.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the valve by eliminating the occurrence of scoring on the seating and threaded surfaces and jamming of the stem, as well as increasing the ease of assembly and disassembly of the valve.
