FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: microwave generator relates to UHF engineering and is intended to create continuous output power signal sources and simplifies adjustment of temperature mode of generation frequency when adjusting parameters of microwave generator. Generator comprises dielectric substrate 1 located on inner wall 2 in closed metal cavity 3, section of strip line 4, active element 5, flat open dielectric resonator 7 fixed on end face 8 of dielectric holder 9, metal cylindrical tube 10 installed on the thread, resonator frequency tuning screw 12, section of conductor 13 in form of a flat spiral on the cavity wall outer surface 16, dielectric bushing 15, outer diameter of which is equal to inner diameter of metal cylindrical tube 10, and central hole is equal to diameter of screw 12 of frequency tuning, movable attachment element 18, providing movement along length 17 of conductor section 13 along radius. Length of conductor section is selected in accordance with ratio providing thermal compensation of resonator resonance frequency shift.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of adjustment of temperature mode of generation frequency at adjustment of generator parameters.
