FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio electronics and can be applied as reconfigurable generator in UHF frequency synthesisers, as independent radio transmitter in location and data transfer systems, and in active phased grids in car crash prevention systems. The device includes dielectric substrate (1) with lower surface cladding (2) and round hole (3) in it, forming flat dielectric resonator; auto-generator layout on the non-clad substrate surface, including U-shaped microstrip line (4) broken at one end and connecting flat dielectric resonator and semiconductor generating element (5); frequency control system of flat dielectric resonator, including varicap (9) installed between two microstrip line (7, 8) sections, one (7) of which is short-circuited at the second end; and metal screens (11, 12) connected electrically to the substrate (1) cladding (2).
EFFECT: possibility of UHF signal generation with stable frequency and signal tuning by electronic methods, and simplified generator construction.
