FIELD: electric power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power engineering and can be used at thermal power plants with steam turbine Rankine cycle, for example at condensing power plants - CPP, at combined-cycle power plants - CCPP using traditional natural gas fuel. Application of proposed device allows to achieve technical task in increase of efficiency and reliability of power plant, as in any modes, including normal and emergency, in power system own needs and heating of network water are always power-driven. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a thermal power plant comprising a steam boiler, the first input of which is connected to the gas supply system of the power plant, and the output is connected to the turbine with the electric generator on the shaft, which stator windings are connected to power system and through transformer with tires of auxiliary needs of thermal power plant, turbine outlet through condenser and feed pump is connected to second input of steam boiler, turbine steam extraction is connected to regenerative heater and network heater, in front of which heat exchanger is connected, is additionally equipped with inverter and power plant on fuel elements, which input is connected to station gas supply system, output by reaction products is connected to heating medium heating medium inlet, and power output is connected through inverter with auxiliary buses, output by products of reactions of power plant on fuel elements is additionally connected to third inlet of steam boiler, and output on heating medium of heat exchanger is connected to fourth input of steam boiler.

EFFECT: technical result consists in fuel economy of power plant.
