FIELD: air cleaning devices.
SUBSTANCE: air purification plant relates to devices for wet cleaning of contaminated air from dust and toxic gases. Plant can be used in all industries for high-efficiency cleaning of industrial process air areas of industrial air emissions from dust of any type (polymers, metal, composite materials, etc.) and from gas harmful emissions during production, manufacturing and processing of various materials. Device for air cleaning, comprising a contact container, partially filled with liquid with formation of a gap between the ceiling of this container and the level of liquid in it, air duct for ingress of contaminated air into the device, above the contact capacitor there is a sprinkler chamber with nozzles on the headers installed in the centre in the vertical plane relative to each other, reflectors of impacts of sprayed liquid from nozzles, installed with possibility of liquid supply into housing from top to bottom, counter-current supplied to device dust and gas air from gap in contact container, separator-marsh trap and discharge vent channel above separator, according to invention supply air duct is made with narrowed inlet and introduced directly into contact vessel vertically, irrigation chamber is one, three-level: above the contact vessel there is a lower level, in which there are nozzles installed in the centre on the collector in the vertical plane relative to each other, and reflectors of sprayed liquid impacts from these nozzles, above the lower one is located the middle level of the irrigation chamber, in which the support and limiting grids are placed, and between them ball-shaped elements are densely laid, made of a set of zigzag-like plates installed in parallel on the jumper plate with a gap between them, wherein the ball-shaped elements are made of impact-resistant, antifriction material, and above the limiting grid there are nozzles of the horizontal plane at a distance from each other on the same manifold as the nozzles of the first lower level in the irrigation chamber, above the second middle level there is a third upper level of the irrigation chamber, in which a miscellaneous separator and a vent ventilation channel are arranged, above the middle level of the irrigation chamber there is a third level, in which there is a mud mater-separator and a discharge vent channel, a flap is made on the housing of the irrigation chamber in its middle part.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the device with simultaneous effect of 100 % purification from dust-like and gaseous air pollutants in air in a wider range of coverage of air-polluting toxic components and their dimensions and accordingly in wider coverage of application areas.
