FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding soft materials and can be used in various industries. Disintegrator contains cylindrical housing 1 with axial loading 2 and tangential unloading 3 devices. Disks 4 and 5 with rows of impact elements 6 and 7, each of which is located between rows of impact elements of the opposite disc, are arranged in housing 1 to counter-rotate. In the center of lower surface of upper disc 4 along circumference vertical posts 8 are rigidly attached, inner ends of which are located on same diameter with diameter of loading device 2. Horizontal ring 9 is rigidly attached to the lower ends of vertical posts 8, to the lower surface of the ring vertical baffle plates 10 with internal rectangular projections 11 are rigidly fixed symmetrically in plan. On upper surface of lower disc 5 rigidly fixed cylindrical shell 12 and radial hammers 13 with height Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum size of the particles of the milled material, in each of which there is a through rectangular slot 14 in the outer end face with side dimensions (0.5×0.5)Dmax, into which rectangular projections 11 of vertical baffle plates 10 with process clearance. On inner wall of cylindrical barrel 12 baffle plates 15 with through vertical holes 16 are rigidly fixed to cylindrical barrel 12 outer surface, inner width of which is equal to (0.1…0.5)Dmax, and outside - Dmax. Minimum radial clearance between vertical baffle plates 10 and baffle plates 15 is equal to Dmax, and maximum - (2…3)Dmax.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the grinding process and efficiency of the finished product is provided in the disintegrator.
