FIELD: display technology.
SUBSTANCE: organic light-emitting device has a first electrode; an organic layer on a first electrode comprising an organic light-emitting layer; second electrode on organic layer side, distal to first electrode; electrochromic layer between first electrode and organic layer; and a third electrode between the electrochromic layer and the organic layer. Organic light-emitting device comprises a first microcavity in a first region corresponding to a third electrode and a second microcavity in a second region, which corresponds to the first electrode and is located outside the first region, wherein the refraction index of the first microcavity is adjustable.
EFFECT: invention proposes an organic light-emitting device, a display device, a method of controlling color temperature of light, emitted from an organic light-emitting device, and a method of making an organic light-emitting device.
