FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical control of vessels. Device for inspecting contaminated tanks comprises an emitting source capable of emitting radiation illuminating the analysed reservoir, detector capable of detecting radiation which has been emitted by a radiation source and passed through a reservoir, and a data processing device which is capable of evaluating radiation detected by the detector. Optical path (20) between radiation source (10) and detector (14) has identifier (18) having an optical watermark, wherein processing device (16) evaluates the said watermark in a photograph taken by detector (14).
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling simplification of detection of contamination of optical components of an inspection device.
