FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, counter-rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. Top 4 and bottom 5 discs have a conical working surface with an inclination angle of the generatrix to the horizon, exceeding the angle of repose of the material. On the lower working surface of the upper disk 4, vertical bar fenders 6 are rigidly fixed along concentric circles, to the lower ends 7 of which horizontal rings 8 are rigidly attached, with an outer diameter adjacent to the lower working surface of the upper disk 4, in which a horizontal ring channel 9 is made above the upper surface of each horizontal ring 8, channels 9 are communicating with an inclined annular collector 10, the generatrix of which is parallel to the working surfaces of disks 4 and 5, with a screw guide 11 rigidly fixed in it in the direction of its rotation, the height of which exceeds Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the source material. On the upper working surface of the lower disk 5 from the center towards the periphery, horizontal annular ledges 12 with accelerating blades 13 are rigidly fixed. The lower surface of each horizontal annular ledge 12 with an engineering vertical clearance is overlapped with a correspondent horizontal ring 8 with radial breadth exceeding Dmax, along the circumference of which and between the outer ends of the horizontal annular ledges 12 and vertical bar fenders 6 arcuate holes 14 are made, the radial width of which, as well as the gap between adjacent bars of vertical bar fenders 6, decreases from the center of disks 4 and 5 to their periphery from Dmax to (0.1 ... 0.5)Dmax. Radial plates 15 are rigidly fixed on the periphery of the working surfaces of discs 4 and 5. The vertical gap between the radial plates 15 of discs 4 and 5 is equal to (0.1...0.5)Dmax.
EFFECT: grinder provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process and productivity of the finished product.
