SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, counter-rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. Upper 4 and lower 5 discs have a conical working surface. In the center of the upper surface of the lower disc 5, a vertical ring 6 is rigidly fixed with a height exceeding Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the starting material, and with a diameter equal to the diameter of the loading pipe 2. In the vertical ring 6, rectangular cutouts 7 are made along the height, with a width exceeding Dmax, to the rear side edge 8 of which, in the direction of rotation of the lower disc 5, vertical curvilinear blades 9 of rectangular cross section are rigidly fixed, ledges 10 with a width exceeding Dmax adjoin the working surface, and height, uniformly increasing from the upper working surface of the lower disc 5 to the height of the vertical curved blades 9 on the periphery with the angle of inclination β of the upper surface to the horizon, exceeding the angle α of the natural repose of the material.
