FIELD: drying equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying technique, and more specifically to the with an active hydrodynamic mode, which are intended for drying paste-like materials, and can be used in the manufacture of food products, medical preparations and dyes. Plant for drying pasty materials in swirled suspended layer of inert bodies contains biconical chamber of suspended swirled layer of inert bodies with upper and lower tiers, tangential inputs of the main heat carrier and additional heat carrier, central cone, diaphragm partition, feeder and waste heat carrier outlet pipe. Installation uses a central insert and a cylinder-regulator with a drive rod to arrange internal additional circulation flow of inert bodies.
EFFECT: intensify drying process and increase productivity.
