FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for measuring intervals of human intervals, including non-invasive of the foetus during fetal period, and automatic calculation based on myocardial productivity index. Device comprises series-connected ultrasonic sensor with emitter and receiver of reflected signal, installed on chest of patient or on anterior abdominal wall of pregnant woman, a phase-sensitive rectifier and a high-pass filter with an installed amplifier with a gain factor of 10–20 times, as well as a resolution unit, a signal comparison device, a reference memory unit, a unit for measuring intervals, an adder and a divider. At first output of interval measurement unit data are generated on time interval of zero value of ultrasonic signal with duration of 20–40 ms, at second output of interval measurement unit - data on time interval of zero value of ultrasonic signal with duration of 70–100 and more ms, at third output of unit for measuring intervals - data on duration of period of exile, corresponding to maximum value of amplified ultrasonic signal. Output of the divisor unit generates a myocardial capacity index signal.
EFFECT: accurate measurement of cardio intervals and reliable calculation of human myocardial productivity index, including fetal heart rate in prenatal period at beat-to-beat pulsatile principle.
