FIELD: additive production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from electroconductive material by means of additive manufacture on powder layer and can be used in aircraft industry. Method includes making at least one part on substrate of first additive manufacturing machine, wherein said part is limited by section of outer surface of contour, which is opposite and at a distance from said substrate and which is connected to said substrate by means of at least one bridge of material holding the part. Control element is made on substrate in preset position. Substrate is installed on the second machine to cut said at least one part by means of electric spark machining using the electrode of said second machine, passing it between said at least one part and said substrate along and at the level of said surface portion.
EFFECT: simplified separation of part made by additive manufacture from substrate using cutting method by accurate profile, eliminated necessity of further finishing of parts.
