FIELD: additive technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies, in particular to the manufacture of a large-sized thin-walled component of a turbomachine having a first end, an intermediate section and a second end. The semi-finished product of the turbomachine component is manufactured by additive manufacturing using sequential laser deposition of metal powder and the formation of the first protective end part of the semi-finished product on the substrate, which is bonded to the substrate due to adhesion adjacent to the first end part of the intermediate section and the second protective end part adjacent to the intermediate section. Then at least one of the first and second protective end parts is removed to obtain the finished component of the turbomachine and to reduce its thermally induced deformation.
EFFECT: increase in the stiffness of the component is provided, so that its deformations are reduced or at no time.
