FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanostructured hollow microspheres of vanadium oxide. Method includes spray pyrolysis of an aqueous solution containing a vanadium compound in an air current. Spray-pyrolysis is performed by ultrasound with frequency of 1.7-2.0 MHz with air or argon flow rate of 0.15-0.23 m/s using vanadium formate as vanadium compound with concentration of vanadyl ion 0.10-0.3 mol/l. Also disclosed is a version of a method of producing nanostructured hollow microspheres of vanadium oxide, comprising a spray pyrolysis of aqueous solution containing ammonium metavanadate.
EFFECT: invention discloses novel methods of producing vanadium oxides in the form of hollow nanostructured microspheres, which simplify the process while enabling expansion of the range of the obtained product.
