SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods of managing user roles. Technical result is achieved by revealing user role; detecting task performed by user with identified role; checking the relevance of the detected user role by at least: detecting a new task performed by the user, having the detected role, detecting a task performed by a user, having a detected role, which requires execution of another task, detection of a task performed by the user, having a detected role, with violation of the task execution time; if observing an irrelevant role using rules, changing the role of making a change to the detected role of the user.
EFFECT: technical result is to protect information security by maintaining the relevance of the user role by identifying an irrelevant role and changing it.
