FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing sheet steel (1) with a pre-applied coating, a method of making a welded workpiece, a method of producing a press-hardened steel part and steel sheet (1) with a pre-applied coating. Steel substrate (3) has at least on one of its main face surfaces a pre-applied coating including a layer of intermetallic alloy and a layer of metal alloy. Layer of metal alloy is layer of aluminium, layer of aluminium alloy or layer of alloy on aluminium base. Laser cutting of steel strip with preliminary applied coating is performed with production of at least one sheet steel (1) with preliminary applied coating, including surface of cut edge (13), which is result of cutting operation. Surface of cut edge (13) includes the area of substrate (14) and the area of pre-applied coating (15). Thickness of sheet steel (1) with preliminary applied coating makes 0.8–5 mm. Laser cutting is performed so that it results directly in production of zone (19) of surface of cut edge (13) having antirust stability. Surface fraction concentration of aluminium in area of substrate (14) of said zone (19) is greater than or equal to 9 %, and surface share concentration of aluminium in lower half of region of substrate (14) of zone (19) is greater than or equal to 0.5 %.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a steel sheet with a coating, workpiece from this sheet and article with high anticorrosive resistance, including on their edges, with reduced costs for their production.
