SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a solid makeup and/or skin care composition in the form of an oil in water emulsion containing: (i) at least one silicone oil; (ii) at least two waxes whose melting point is greater than or equal to 65°C, including polyethylene wax and jojoba ester wax; (iii) at least 5 wt.% pigment in relation to the total weight of the composition; (iv) not less than 40 wt.% aqueous phase relative to the total weight of the composition. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic method for skin care and/or make-up involving applying to the skin a composition according to the present invention.
