FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cartridge for an aerosol delivery device, which comprises an outer housing forming a base configured to interact with a control housing, and an opposite second end; a mouthpiece connected to the outer housing second end and forming an end portion outer relative to the outer housing; an aerosol formation zone formed inside the outer housing; reservoir formed inside outer housing and located at distance from aerosol formation zone, wherein reservoir contains composition of aerosol precursor; a heating element located inside the aerosol formation zone and comprising a wire forming a plurality of turns; liquid transporting element configured to transmit the aerosol precursor composition from the reservoir to the heating element; a first heater contact extending into the outer housing such that the first tab of the first heater contact is located adjacent the portion of said wire forming a plurality of turns and in direct contact with said portion, and such that first end of first contact of heater is configured to interact with first electrical contact of control housing; and a second heater contact extending into the outer housing such that the second tab of the second heater contact is located near the portion of said wire forming a plurality of turns, and in direct contact with said part, and such that second end of second contact of heater is configured to interact with second electrical contact of control housing; wherein the first contact of the heater and the second contact of the heater are at least partially bent so as to provide reliable interaction of the first end of the first contact of the heater and the second end of the second contact of the heater with the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact of the control housing.

EFFECT: technical result is providing an aerosol.
