FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: proposed microwave unit with conical resonator for thermal treatment during grinding of fat-containing meat raw material in continuous mode comprises in horizontal plane non-ferromagnetic shielding housing 4 in form of truncated cone, inside of which there is a non-ferromagnetic conical resonator 5 with a generatrix in the form of a grater. Inside it there is a fluoroplastic rotor shaft 8 with an electric drive, with biconvex ceramic discs 6, coated with a coarse-grained abrasive material 7, located at an angle and with a shift at a distance of not more than one depth of wave penetration. Biconvex ceramic discs 6, coated with coarse abrasive material 7, are inclined, overlapping each other to hold raw material until impact on grating surface of conical resonator 5 with generatrix in form of grater. Between the non-ferromagnetic conical resonator 5 with the generatrix in the form of a grater and the biconvex ceramic discs 6, coated with the coarse-grained abrasive material 7, there are equal gaps. Therefore, diameters of biconvex ceramic discs 6 decrease towards conical part of resonator 5. Through the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic shielding housing 4 to the generatrix of the non-ferromagnetic conical resonator 5 air cooling magnetrons 13 with fans 14 and waveguides 15 are installed with a spiral shift, which emitters are directed into non-ferromagnetic conical resonator 5. On the side of the large base on the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic shielding housing 4 there is a non-ferromagnetic loading container 1 with gate 3, inside which there is a non-ferromagnetic electrically driven screw 2, and the non-ferromagnetic fat receptacle 16 with ball valve 17 is located under the non-ferromagnetic conical resonator 5 in the form of a grater. On the side of the open conical end of the non-ferromagnetic shielding housing 4 on fluoroplastic shaft 8 of the rotor, a grinding mechanism is installed, containing non-ferromagnetic knives 9, grids 10 and clamping screw ring 11, near which there is receiving container 12 for greaves.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accelerate the process of thermal treatment of raw materials, to reduce power consumption, to increase quality of melted fat and greaves.
