According to invention cell of fuel element contains binding layer; between the first separator and the outer peripheral edge section of the first gas diffusion layer there is a bonding layer connecting the first separator with the outer peripheral edge portion; between the first separator and the peripheral peripheral edge section of the membrane-electrode assembly there is a binding layer connected to the peripheral peripheral edge section of the membrane-electrode assembly; and between the first separator and the bearing frame and / or between the second separator and the bearing frame there is a binding layer connecting the bearing frame and the separator.

EFFECT: technical result is higher mechanical strength.
