FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method for automatic production of flour products includes formation of selected order, which from central server of system comes in form of digital information signal in local, connected to network Internet, control computer processing it, asserting programmed control commands and operating modes of system components. As a result, the required product base, which is placed in the cooling unit, is supplied by the product bases extraction device and supply to the first transportation device, on which it is subjected to design replenishment with certain food ingredients emitted from installed above first transportation device containers. After that, partially finished product is supplied by means of transfer to second transportation device, moving along which is baked until ready in furnace installation, after which the baked product falls on the working section, made with possibility of its transfer to the packing subsystem, connected to the subsystem for temporary storage and dispensing of the ready and packaged product, supplying the ordered product to the automatically opened user area. At the outputs of the first and second transport devices, digital products quality monitoring means are installed, images of which are transmitted to said computer system, which analyzes the obtained images, comparing them with reference images, and in case of unsatisfactory result it generates and sends signal for removal of substandard products, which is realized by means of actuating elements.

EFFECT: invention allows implementing high-technology automated process of food products production, having the possibility of user programming in order to select the required product, determination of its composition and features of preparation, passing in controlled conditions with increased safety and improved quality as to conformity of common signs of produced food products.
