FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to equipment that is connected by a network of industrial robots for culinary purposes. The robotic complex for the manufacture of culinary products of layered composition contains a transportation subsystem with an intelligent working body moving along an equipped loading and unloading area, in the area of operational coverage of which the equipment for storing and initial supply of the bases and the food preparation subsystem associated with it are located. The equipment for storage and initial feeding is made in the form of an automated refrigeration unit having a rotary manipulator mechanism for the bases, combined with an integrated device for picking up and initial feeding of the bases on the existing active surface of the working body for the purpose of their subsequent culinary processing. The complex operation of the systems involved is controlled by an intelligent device connected to the central server with high speed, error-free and accurate application of food components.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of food industry production equipment.
