SUBSTANCE: proposed intelligent kitchen equipment belongs to the field of professional kitchen systems. The intelligent culinary complex contains a food distribution system and a transport system interacting with it. The food distribution system is made in the form of a set of robotic dosing modules that replenish a given number of received food blanks with edible components in portions. The transport system is made of at least two robotic functionally coordinated two-coordinate cargo tables installed on an equipped support track vehicle, on the side of the end sections of which there are peripheral platforms for temporary basing of two-coordinate cargo tables. The tables can be moved along a pre-agreed personal loading path controlled by an intelligent control device in accordance with the parameters of the ordered food dish that are accepted and processed in advance, which can be fully or partially moved due to equipped transmission means from an independently movable working platform of one two-coordinate cargo table to an independently movable working platform of another two-coordinate cargo table.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the speed and quality of work.
