SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of robotic food equipment at a high technical level. The programmable cooking unit comprises a food distribution system and a transportation system interacting therewith. The food distribution system is made in the form of a set of robotic dosing modules, and the transportation system is made of at least two robotic functionally coordinated two-coordinate loading tables ensuring mutual spatial movement thereof along the required loading path capable of being generated by an intelligent control apparatus. Individual components of a food dish in the cooking process, due to the equipped transmission means, have the technical possibility of transferring from an independently mobile working platform of one two-coordinate loading table to an independently mobile working platform of another two-coordinate loading table. The productivity and quality of the resulting products are increased.
EFFECT: implementation of the purpose of creating a computer system-controlled food culinary complex, the interconnected automatic equipment whereof provides an increase in the speed of formation of food sets with the maintained necessary formulation conditions including high positional accuracy of application of the ingredients and predetermined dosage of each individual food component.
