FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention relates to a method of strengthening treatment of parts or articles from martensitic-aging steel 03H18K9M5T. Quenching performed parts or products at 1200±10 °C, followed by holding for 1 hour, cooling in water, quenching three times at temperature of 930±10 °C with exposure for 1 hour, cooling in water, quenching at 770–830 °C, holding for 1 hour, cooling in water, ultrasonic treatment. Then aging is carried out at temperature 530±10 °C, holding for 3.5 hours and evacuation. Spiral processing is carried out with a static clamp force equal to 100 N, a feed rate of 200 mm/min, a oscillation frequency of 22 kHz and an oscillation amplitude of 15 mcm.
EFFECT: higher hardness and wear resistance of steel 03H18K9M5T.
