FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of main gas pipelines (MG), in particular, to operation of potentially hazardous areas (PHA) with high, non-normative level of stress-strain state (SSS). Method of PHA repair consists in evaluation of its SSS when, at opened section, it is cut at design point with minimum bending radius, by means of geodesics measuring by means of geodesies of deviation angles of cut ends of pipeline, determining arisen crosshairs, wherein axle crosshair angle is assigned by angle of cold bend discharge and symmetric cold gas discharge baffle is made to ensure normative bending stresses of repaired section. According to the method, the SSS estimation is carried out based on the geodetic positioning data, which is carried out on the exposed section, by measuring at least every 2 m, by mathematical processing of results, essence of which in expression of data of geodetic positioning through polynomials, geometrical calculation of radiuses of bend through every 3 points, along entire length of opened section, determining point with minimum radius of bend. At that, if normative requirement is not provided on radiuses of bending more than 1000D in jaws, then section opening is continued, with repeated geodetic positioning not less than in 2 m, and mathematical processing, to point, where bending radius in clamping is 1000D and more, with repeated determination of point with minimum bend radius, where cutting is performed with subsequent repair. In the opened section, which is limited at least on one side by the cold bending tapped opening is performed to it, considering it as the jamming boundary, with repeated determination of design, minimum radius of bending, where the cut is performed with subsequent repair.
EFFECT: object of the invention is to develop a method of repairing the MG PHA in which the geodetic positioning is used to define a cross-section with a minimum bending radius, in which cutting is performed, with provision of standard stresses of the adjacent section.
