SUBSTANCE: invention relates to friction control device for application to human tissue receiving surface, adapted for formation of interface zone with said receiving surface, having reduced static friction. Proposed device comprises contact surface structure with multiple contact surface sections for contact with said receiving surface and actuator assembly. Actuator unit is adapted to control relative separation of said contact surface areas depending on the elasticity of the receiving surface and one or more surface properties of the receiving surface, so that value of separation corresponds or exceeds value of force, which can be applied to receiving surface through contact surface sections without overcoming static friction forces in coupling zone.

EFFECT: static friction between device application surface and receiving surface of external body is reduced.
