FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of powder mixes. It can be used for formation of nanocomposite materials and ligatures. Mixing of ceramic and metal powders is carried out in two stages in a liquid medium, which is a solution of petroleum ether and stearic acid in weight ratio of 199/1. At the first step, ceramic nanoparticles with diameter of 30-140 nm are mixed in a liquid medium for at least 15 minutes. At the second stage, metal microparticles with diameter of 20-180 mcm are added to the obtained mixture and mixed for at least 15 min with subsequent removal of liquid in drying cabinet at temperature of not less than 80°C for not less than 24 hours. Mass fraction of powders and liquid is selected in ratio of 1/2, and weight fractions of nanoparticles and microparticles - in ratio of 1/19.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining composite materials with particles uniformly distributed throughout the matrix and high mechanical properties.
