FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of creating heat-conducting materials and can be used for the detachable conductive coupling of various heat-stressed apparatus and parts. Conductive heat-conducting paste contains an oil base made of organic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with aerosil, organic polydimethylsiloxane - silicone PDMS oil mixed with aerosil is used as an oil base, and homogeneous aluminium nitride particles with sizes of 3 to 7 mcm are used as a heat-conducting inorganic filler, homogeneous graphene particles with sizes of 3 to 10 mcm and homogeneous carbonyl iron particles with sizes of 1.5 to 3.5 mcm are used as particles of conductive materials, while the percentage composition of the conductive heat-conducting paste is as follows: aluminium nitride particles 25 to 35%; carbonyl iron particles 25 to 5%; silicone PDMS oil 20 to 30%; graphene particles 5 to 10%; aerosil 0.1 to 1%.
EFFECT: creation of a high-quality conductive heat-conducting paste with acceptable heat conductivity with reduced production costs thereof, as well as increase in the manufacturability thereof and solving of the problem of import substitution.
