SUBSTANCE: invention refers to molecular oncology. Disclosed is a minimally invasive method for detecting rectal tumour sensitivity to radiation therapy based on variation of duplicity of H2AX genes and RBBP8 relative to the reference GAPDH gene by PCR-PB in the presence of EVA-Green dye and high-specific primers.

EFFECT: method has high sensitivity and specificity, enables making the diagnosis procedure more simple and accurate, and also enables timely correction of the therapeutic approach.
