SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in treating intraarticular fractures of the proximal humerus. Coracoid process of scapula is separated with a tendon of the short head of biceps and a coracoacromial ligament attached to it. Coracoacromial ligament is incised. Short head of biceps is mobilized. That is followed by osteotomy of the coracoid process of scapula with a tendon attached to it of the short head of the biceps, thus forming a bone-and-muscle graft. Bone-and-muscle graft is delivered outside to a wound surface of a head of a humeral bone in a zone of fracture. Osteotomised side of the coracoid process of scapula is applied to the wound surface of the head of the humerus in the fracture zone. It is clamped with bone fragments of humerus tubercles until seizure in a position of restored anatomy. Marginal bone resection is performed around the tendon of the short head of the biceps muscle of the shoulder forming a trephine opening to prevent infringement and flexion of the tendon of the short head of the biceps.

EFFECT: method enables reducing postoperative recovery of the patient and reducing the risk of infectious complications by preserving the blood supply of the fracture zone.
