FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an apparatus for producing fuel oil-water fuel mixture, comprising inlet and outlet cranes, a pump unit, three mixing devices and pressure sensors, where the mixing devices are made in the form of hydrodynamic flow-type cavitation reactors, wherein the first cavitation reactor is installed before the pump unit, the second cavitation reactor is installed after the pump unit and is connected to the outlet valve, and also through bypass line, with inlet to pump unit, and third cavitation reactor is installed on bypass line.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of an apparatus for producing an emulsion of immiscible liquids, in particular a fuel mixture of black oil and water, which enables to obtain high-quality and stable fuel mixture fuel oil with dispersion of 10-6–10-7, account of providing conditions for achieving maximum intensity of cavitation action to obtain homogeneous microdispersed composition of emulsion without need to synchronize operation of several pumps, which increases reliability of operation of plant and reduces its power consumption.
