FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used for correction of frequency of receiver reference generator required to provide coherent reception of phase-code-manipulated (PCM) signals in a stationary "transmitter-receiver" system at a low signal-to-noise ratio and a large region of a priori uncertainty of frequency detuning. Compensation device in the frequency detuning receiver, which occurs in the transmitter and receiver during transmission-reception of the PCM signals, consists of a zero-frequency signal converter, a reference signal former, a single-channel matched filter, a multiple coherent accumulator, a first unit for calculating a complex signal module, a second unit for calculating a complex signal module, a unit for estimating signal-to-noise ratio, a unit for preliminary estimation of frequency of detuning, a first key circuit and a second key circuit, a unit for determining argument values, at which the function receives a maximum value (argmax), a unit for determining the value of the phase of the complex signal, a unit for fine estimation of the detuning frequency.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the signal/noise ratio at the output of the receiver and higher probability of detecting the signal.
