FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to plant growing. Method includes use of LED illumination of spectra of blue, green and red light, characterized by that seeds are treated with water sol of 0.01% of hydrothermal nanosilica for 120 minutes followed by sprouting of seeds on mineral wool substrates in the form of plates with irrigation with distilled water as the substrate is drying for 7 days with continuous illumination with blue light emitting diodes with wavelength of 440 nm or green light emitting diodes with wave length of 525 nm, or light-emitting diodes of red light with wavelength of 660 nm. All sources are characterized by low intensity of generated photons in range of 1.68 mcmol/m2∙s to 6.90 mcmol/m2∙s.

EFFECT: method widens the possibility of using LED lighting in the version of monochromatic spectra of blue, green and red light in combination with germination prior to sprouting of seeds with silica of hydrothermal origin to increase sprouting energy and germination capacity of rape seeds, productivity of its sprouts in phase of seven-day sprouting.
