SUBSTANCE: invention relates to off-road vehicles and can be used as wheelchair propulsor for overcoming stair flights of common use. Chassis of wheelchair consists of two onboard pairs of propellers, each of which consists of three satellites wheels located on ends of three equally spaced in bracket brackets of assembly, and sun wheel gear wheel drive gears. Wheels are toothed of reinforced rubber or plastic with pneumatic cavities in teeth. Sun wheel of the drive mechanism of the assembly wheels represents a fork wheel with cogs rotating the satellites wheels.

EFFECT: simplified mechanism for driving of satellites wheels and broader functional capabilities of wheelchair chassis when moving on solid surfaces with obstacles in the form of thresholds, curbs, escarps, including public staircases.
