FIELD: safety systems.

SUBSTANCE: electronic parachuting safety system comprises a safety parachute device (SPD), an on-board module (OBM), a self-test module of safety parachute devices (SM). SPD is arranged in spare parachute pack and comprises electronic microprocessor unit, indication unit and actuator connected in certain manner. Electronic microprocessor unit comprises a computing device, a radio channel module and is equipped with a pressure input of a barometric pressure sensor. Indication unit has two light-emitting diodes, and the internal cavity of the housing of the indication unit is sealed. Actuator comprises a hole, through which stray parachute loop of parachute system is passed, knife and igniter. OBM is placed in an aircraft or on an airborne vehicle and comprises a housing with a display unit, an on button, electronic microprocessor unit, barometer and radio channel module. SM consists of a housing, a display unit, an activation button and a radio channel module.

EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy of initiation of operation of reserve parachute under certain conditions.
