Contact-free pulses of power 5-7 W are used to coagulate mucosa of stirrup base. That is followed by fenestration of the base of stirrup.

EFFECT: method enables providing reliable haemostasis before perforation of the staple foot plate without dangerous instrumental manipulations in this area, reducing a risk of developing cochleovestibular disorders.
