METHOD OF RESTORATIVE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH SPINAL CORD PATHOLOGY AT CERVICAL LEVEL Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2741202 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to restorative medicine, can be used for restorative treatment of patients with cervical spine pathology. That is ensured by patient vertical adjustment on rotary orthotable under control of haemodynamic parameters of blood pressure and heart rate. Angle of orthotable elevation is changed during a lesson involving five approaches, verticalisation is combined with performing physical and respiratory exercises, forming nonspecific sensitivity. During the lesson, the first, second and third approaches lift orthotable by 30°, then at angle of 45° and through angle of 60°. Fourth and fifth approaches are similar to the third one with orthotable retention in raised by angle 60°. Each hike is performed from 1 to 6 exercises, total duration of training is 30 minutes, course is 10 lessons. Verticalisation is combined with performance of exercises for upper and lower extremities, respiratory exercises, as well as with formation of nonspecific sensitivity of hands and fingers, feet and feet.

EFFECT: method provides orthostatic reactions in patients with spinal cord pathology at cervical level simultaneously with formation of active voluntary limb movements and recovery of nonspecific sensitivity.
