FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device (100) of power conversion contains semiconductor module (110) of half-bridge configuration, in which two semiconductor elements are arranged in series. Semiconductor module (110) has, in fact, a cuboidal shape and has, in the longitudinal direction of the cuboid, a terminal of the positive pole, a terminal of the negative pole and terminals for input or output of alternating current or for special purposes, which form one phase of the power conversion device (100). In the vertical direction corresponding to the direction of the cuboid width, the plurality of semiconductor modules (110) is vertically arranged to form a plurality of phases of the power conversion device (100). Semiconductor modules (110) of multiple phases are installed in contact with cooling unit (150), and one or more capacitors (120) are arranged to be facing cooling unit (150) for all semiconductor modules (110) of multiple phases.
EFFECT: power conversion device is provided, which can be used to reduce size and improve reliability by reducing the number of components of the system as a whole.
