SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for determining idiotypic and anti-idiotypic antibodies to benzo[a]pyrene in human biological fluids, involving collection and preparation of donor blood, immobilization of human recombinant idiotype T72 and anti-idiotypic A4 antibodies to benzo[a]pyrene on immunological plate, incubation with human blood serum, incubation with anti-human IgG antibodies labeled with horseradish peroxidase and analysis with a solution of tetramethylbenzidine.

EFFECT: invention provides simultaneous detection of idiotypic and anti-idiotypic antibodies against benzo[a]pyrene in one sample of human biological fluid, reduced carcinogenic hazard for health of researcher and manufacturer of test systems due to exclusion of chemical carcinogens conjugates from test systems, as well as high sensitivity and reproducibility of analysis.
