FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Frame of the prosthetic foot comprises a metatarsal section connected by means of a hinge to the heel portion, between which there is a damping element and an ankle. Ankle, metatarsal and heel portions are interconnected by common hinge to form ankle joint. Metacarpal portion is made in the form of three longitudinal elements with a cross-section in the form of double-T, in which the front parts are arranged with the possibility of resting, and the walls are oriented parallel to each other, besides, the longitudinal elements are rigidly connected to each other. Heel section is located between two longitudinal elements, rear parts of which are connected to each other by means of transverse connection, parallel to their lower belts, and third longitudinal element has smaller length, and its front part is shifted relative to front parts of two other longitudinal elements towards calcaneal portion. Cross section of calcaneal portion is shaped to an inverted brand. Back part of the calcaneal portion is arranged with the possibility of resting, and the front one is provided with two projections. In the space between the facing surfaces of the upper ligature of the calcaneal and transverse ligament of the metatarsal department, as well as in the space between the facing surfaces of the lower ledge of the calcaneal portion and the posterior face of the lateral ligament of the metatarsus, there are damping elements.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of operation, reduced labour input and improved manufacturability of the structure, reduced number of connections, increased ergonomics of the structure.
