FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for servicing railway track superstructure, in particular to tamping units of sleeper tamping machines. Unit contains padding tools, with each of which a separate hydraulic cylinder is matched. Displacement sensor is installed on the cylinder. Cylinders operate as linear drives of reduction, as well as vibration drives of padding tools. Hydraulic cylinders activate electrohydraulic valves. Valves include mechanical and electronic parts. Vibration absorber is installed between electronic part of valve, cylinder and / or mechanical part of valve.
EFFECT: increased service life of valves.
