FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: packing device for sleeper packing machine contains located on letter with possibility of regulation in the frame of the packing device holder, made in the form of the tilting levers pair packing tools. The bottom ends of rams, submerged in the ballast layer, through vibratory drive may be propelled in opposite directions and can be hydraulically summed together. Each of the packing tools of the pair is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and a displacement sensor. Hydraulic cylinders form both a feed drive and a vibration drive of the packing tools. To drive the hydraulic cylinder hydraulic cylinder control valves are provided. The linear motion of the supply of the hydraulic cylinder is imparted oscillations. The amplitude of the oscillations and the oscillation frequency are set by the control/regulation system.
EFFECT: increase the durability of the packing unit.
